Erasmus Student Network Serbia is a non-governmental organisation, a part of Erasmus Student Network, the biggest student association in Europe which is present in more than 40 countries. At the moment, ESN Serbia itself unites 3 sections from the largest cities in the country: Belgrade, Novi Sad, and Niš.

ESN Serbia is run by the National Board, which consists of six voluntary positions - President, Vice President, National Representative, Treasurer, Communications Manager, and National Project Coordinator, whose work is supported by the National Web Master and the National Communication Committee.

The sections meet twice a year for National Platforms, where their members meet ESNers from all over the country, share best practices, vote on new policies and the new National Board, as well as take part in workshops where they develop their soft skills.

ESN Serbia is regularly represented at the various international meetings and conferences of ESN by the National Board and/or section representatives, as well as conferences in Serbia.
